After your 28-day trial you can purchase the Slingshot or Slingshot Enterprise subscription plans or downgrade back to the Free version. In the Free version you will be prompted to pick 2 workspaces to have full access to. All the other workspaces you are a part of will become read-only.

We are committed to customer satisfaction! If for any reason you are not happy with Slingshot within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we will issue a full refund. For users who have purchased a monthly subscription, if you wish to cancel your subscription before your renewal is up – we will refund you for that month!
We accept all major credit cards! For annual subscriptions over 100 users please contact us to arrange an invoice payable by bank transfer or check.
Yes, we will apply state and local sales tax based on your billing address to your total charge.
You can add or remove users at any time. Additional users added to your subscription will be applied prorated for the remaining days of the subscription. To change the number of licenses simply log into your account and either click purchase or remove users.
Cancelling your subscription is easy, simply log into your account here, and click Cancel Subscription. Only the billing owner of a paid account may cancel a paid plan. If you cancel on or before your next billing date you will not be charged. After cancelling you will revert to the Free version of Slingshot.
Slingshot is a product under Infragistics Inc. so on your credit card statement your billing from Slingshot will be under Infragistics.
