Founded in 1969, Cibao Meat Products, Inc. manufactures Hispanic-styled sausages that are sold in club stores such as Costco, Sam's Club and BJ's, as well as through 450 other retail locations. However, even with Slack Channels dedicated to specific business tasks, the company was still experiencing delays in tracking key metrics, which resulted in slower decision making.

Running reports twice a month, taking time to understand the data and investigate was inefficient and time-consuming.
